The product that we accept to change/return:

1. We ship wrong product 
2. Product spilled or broken in the package box (Please inform us immediately after you receive it in a day)
3. Product that has guarantee period from us
4. For Return or Change please give all information to us and provide photo, video by this email: info@smelllemongrass.co.th
5. We do not have a refund policy. All customers will receive excellent after-sales service to help you in case of having to change the product that has a problem. And waiting to receive new products which will look like the same product that has a problem, whether it is color, smell, size as ordered by the customer
